Shipping
Orders are shipped from Amsterdam, Netherlands using PostNL (Track’n’Trace Package 0-2kg). For details on shipping costs visit the PostNL calculator page and select your country.
If you are outside the EU, you may be liable to pay import tax on your order. Contact your post office for more information.
Shipping to the USA
Orders are shipped from Amsterdam, Netherlands using PostNL/USPS (Track’n’Trace Package 0-2kg) or UPS Expedited.
Due to changes in De Minimis rules in the USA, shipments to the USA may incur import tariffs upon receiving the package. You may be charged a customs duty (tariff) via USPS or UPS when the shipment enters the USA. USPS or UPS may send you an email with more details as the shipment enters the USA. If this is the cae, you will need to pay USPS/UPS directly before the package is released.

Warranty and Returns
Units purchased from Cardinia Electronics come with a 6 month warranty and a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase. The warranty covers any manufacturing defects in the unit. It does not cover damage due to incorrect handling, modifications, etc.
Units returned under warranty will either be refunded, replaced, or repaired at our discretion. For returns, we’ll generally ask you to pay return shipping.
