Cardinia Electronics is an electronics outfit based out of Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Our philosophy is to design electronic instruments, effects and tools to inspire musicians and DJs to keep creating.





Hi! I’m David. I was born and raised in Melbourne, Australia and now residing in the lovely city of Amsterdam, The Netherlands. My love for technology stemmed from an early age by taking apart electronics and seeing what makes them tick, and putting them back together again (sometimes not so successfully ;)

I studied Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Monash University and my journey has led me to work on many facets of technology, from designing hardware and firmware to building mobile and web apps and many things in-between.

Coupled with my passion for music in all its shapes and forms, and missing the shady clubs and sticky dancefloors has led me to start Cardinia Electronics during the 2020 COVID lockdown. I hope this is just the start of more exciting ideas to come and that you find something inspiring here.
